• Monthly meeting
• Daily Mass in so far as possible according to the obligations in your state in life.
• Holy Hour for your priest at least once a week, preferably on Thursday, daily if possible.
• Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet daily
• Hail Holy Queen for Bishop
• One Hail Mary for MMS Spiritual Director
• Breviary – morning and evening prayer
• Fasting if possible on Thursdays for Priest and in harmony with one’s state of life.
• Penance – Recognizing opportunities to offer up penance for your priest.
• Confession – monthly.

Spirituality

• Total consecration to Jesus through Mary according to St. Louie Marie De Monfort.
• Consecration to the Body and Blood of Christ in the most Holy Eucharist.
• Prayer, Fasting and Mercy
• Living the Gospel.

Plan of Life

• Moderation in all things – purity and chastity, according to your state in life.
• Dress Code – feminine attire specifically at Mass, adoration and in church; modest dresses, skirts, blouses; head coverings encouraged.
• Poverty in Spirit.
• Virtues of Our Lady – practice the 10 principles of Our Lady.
